My American Civil War project has only just started, and at present I have no painted figures only a lead mountain.
3rd December 2012, My attempt to build a American Civil War (ACW) blockhouse. And to be honest I’m rather pleased with how it turned out. You can see the full construction guide here.
February 2012, I entered Pendraken Painting Competition 2012 with their PS35 ACW buildings which had painted earlier in the year.

My World War II project will be an ongoing process and I would imagine will take many years to complete.
1st September 2012, I decided i was going to start planning The Battle of Stalingrad both Russians and German orders of battle and also thinking about the actual buildings I would need for Stalingrad plus all the reading material I would need
29th May 2012, This is the very first Timecasts building I have purchased also got this from triples and I am extremely pleased with how this building looks.

13th May 2012, I painted the first of my Fieldworks buildings which I got from triples.

25th January 2012, I started on my JR Miniatures buildings sold by Magister Militum.

15th January 2012, I started painting all of the Pendraken buildings that I had.

May 2012, Started painting my World War II German infantry and armour.

Games Played 2012: Games played during the course of the year at either the Grimsby Wargames Society or my Operations Room, using the various rules I use.
Grimsby Wargames Society
The Grimsby Wargames Society, based on Six Hills Street, provides diverse gaming opportunities, including historical, sci-fi, and fantasy wargames, as well as board and card games. We meet every Monday and Thursday from 7 PM.
My Operations Room
In the Operations Room, historical wargaming sessions feature various rule sets. Intricate miniatures and dioramas create a fun, immersive atmosphere, while strategic depth keeps players challenged and entertained.
