ACW Project

13th November 2013, I recently painted Battleground American Civil War buildings.

29th April 2013, I recently painted Timecast North American Buildings.

February 2013, This entry for the Pendraken Painting Competition 2013 I completed earlier in the year and consists of five regiments of union cavalry.

January 2013, From my last update I have managed to paint a brigades worth of dismounted cavalry and the horses, also all the union limbers and five brigades of infantry as well as artillery and wagons.

AZW Project

December 2013, I got my Black Powder supplement, covering the Anglo-Zulu War of 1879 for Christmas.

20th November 2013, Painted 250 plus Magister Militum Zulus.

15th September 2013, Painted some infantry and artillery crews.

14th January 2013, Making Zulu Kraals and Villages a complete tutorial from start to finish.

CGW Project

4th August 2013, Warlord Games released a new supplement for Hail Caesar. This one hits close to their home, being Britannia.

August 2013, This is the army I got from eBay painted Pendraken 1000 point Gallic Warmaster ancients army pack.

My World War II project will be an ongoing process and I would imagine will take many years to complete.

March to April 2013, I’ve been busy repainting the Russian army I got off eBay earlier in the year they are nearly finished now, I’ll be adding a painting guide. I’ve also painted three Fieldworks buildings.

26th February 2013, I finished rebasing the Russian and German infantry which I purchased from eBay earlier in the year.

February 2013, My entry for the Pendraken Painting Competition 2013 which consists of the Germans I painted earlier in the year shown as a battle group (see below).

20th January 2013, I bought three WWII 10mm Pendraken armies from eBay. A British Army, German Army and Russian Army.

Games Played 2013: Games played during the course of the year at either the Grimsby Wargames Society or my Operations Room, using the various rules I use.

Grimsby Wargames Society

The Grimsby Wargames Society, based on Six Hills Street, provides diverse gaming opportunities, including historical, sci-fi, and fantasy wargames, as well as board and card games. We meet every Monday and Thursday from 7 PM.

My Operations Room

In the Operations Room, historical wargaming sessions feature various rule sets. Intricate miniatures and dioramas create a fun, immersive atmosphere, while strategic depth keeps players challenged and entertained.
