6th November 2014, Pendraken Star Fort all finished complete with British and American flags which Malcolm Taylor very kindly did for me. However as the fort is in British control I can’t see it being captured by the American traitors.


5th November 2014, 5th and 38th regiment of foot all based.

21st October 2014, Stonehenge and the Greek Temple this was made by my very good friend Malcolm Taylor for my Celts and I think you will all agree it’s just brilliant.


17th October 2014, Some Roman slaves to serve the Celtic nobility. let that be a warning for any other unprovoked attacks.

8th October 2014, 5 Celtic commands this except one last warband and a couple of tiny bits completes my Celts.

3rd October 2014, 3 mounted Celtic generals finished.

2nd October 2014, The last thing for my Celts was a hillfort which is now completed.

2nd October 2014, Some buildings, the first two are from Battleground Scenery Buildings, the second lot of is from Kallistra Buildings and thirdly some building from The BaggageTrain Buildings.

23rd September 2014, 8 Celtic commands this except one last warband and a couple of tiny bits completes my Celts.


19th September 2014, One of several not so secret weapons for the Celtic horde.


13th September 2014, My last lot of baggage for my Celtic nearly finished painting units just odd bits left. Then start painting buildings.



6th September 2014, Celtic cavalry command finished.


August
28th August 2014, Here’s a British chariot command we have finished hope you enjoy it. Putting the transfers on was a real pain.


26th August 2014, Some more skirmishers completed for my Celtic army. I’ve not got much more to finish the army now. one more lot of skirmishers, one lot of light cavalry, some command bases and few odds and ends.


22nd August 2014, Here’s a Celtic warband painted by a very good friend Malcolm Taylor. Also two other fantastic mates have also painted warbands for me, Andy Hamilton and Steve Graham. I would just like to say thank you very much.


7th August 2014, My British chariots are now completed.


July
26th July 2014, A unit of Celtic slingers completed for my Celtic army which is growing very nicely now.


20th July 2014, 3 units of Celtic wardogs completed they just need feeding on some nice and tasty Romans.


7th July 2014, Another Celtic division completed that now makes 28 warbands to stop the invading Romans plus a few units of dogs which should be ready by the 21st.


2nd July 2014, My order has arrived today from Eureka Miniatures I’m extremely impressed with them they will make fantastic wardogs for my Gallic/Celtic hordes. Romans beware of the dogs enter at your own risk, actually do enter they need feeding.

25th June 2014, Re-based and touched up my Celtic army which I bought of eBay I’m rather pleased how they came out. Anyway I’ve ended up with 3 divisions 2 infantry and one cavalry.

Grimsby Wargames Society
The Grimsby Wargames Society, based on Six Hills Street, provides diverse gaming opportunities, including historical, sci-fi, and fantasy wargames, as well as board and card games. We meet every Monday and Thursday from 7 PM.
My Operations Room
